Renewable Integrity LLC ("Renewable Integrity," "we," "us") is an independent SOLRITE partner. This policy explains what we collect through renewableintegrity.com and our eligibility forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. Versión en español abajo.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email, home address, and answers about your home (ownership, title, roof age, electricity delivery company, credit range and the best time to reach you).
- Basic website data: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you reached the site, collected through cookies or similar tools, including advertising tools from Meta.
How we use it
- To check whether your home may qualify and to contact you about the Texas program you asked about.
- To schedule an appointment and send required documents, such as the Texas residential solar brochure.
- To measure and improve our website and ads.
Who we share it with
- SOLRITE Energy, so it can review eligibility, prepare a proposal, and design and install a system if you choose to move forward.
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our form provider (Jotform), email and hosting providers, and advertising platforms (Meta) for ad measurement.
- When required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Renewable Integrity may call or text the number you provided, including by automated means, about the program. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@renewableintegrity.com.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us by email to stop calling.
- Limit cookies through your browser settings and Meta's ad preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
